Undertake experimental projects: genetic modification and transformation of stem cells and immune cells, cell culture, monoclonal antibody development, nuclear transfer, embryo transfer, etc.
Molecular Biology Laboratory
The laboratory mainly uses the research results of modern molecular biology to study the characteristics of cells at the gene and protein level, carry out the basic and application research and development of monoclonal antibodies, and the development of biological enzyme preparations and protein reagents.
Undertake experimental projects: gene cloning, gene and protein expression analysis, microbial identification.
Main instruments in the laboratory: PCR amplification instrument, series electrophoresis device, imprinting system, desktop small high-speed centrifuge, constant temperature incubator, full temperature oscillator, ultrapure water instrument, protein purification system, low-temperature refrigerator, vortex mixer, magnetic heating stirrer.
Storage center
It is mainly responsible for the standardized storage of cells. It has built a world-class standardized stem cell bank and an immune cell bank. The center can store 300000 copies of stem cells and 200000 copies of immune cells at the same time. The cells were slowly cooled down to - 90 ℃ by a program-controlled cooler, and then stored in liquid nitrogen at - 196 ℃ to maintain the cell activity to the maximum extent; At the same time, there are closed-circuit monitoring, liquid level monitoring, dual circuit power supply, oxygen content real-time monitoring and other 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring systems to ensure the safety of the storage environment.

GMP workshop
The GMP workshop built in accordance with the good manufacturing practice for drugs has reached the international first-class standard of cell culture technology platform in terms of its specification, cleanliness level, instrument and equipment, and facility completeness; At present, the preparation of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, adipose stem cells, placental stem cells and other stem cells and immune cells such as NK cells and DC-CIK cells can provide a variety of stem cells and immune cells for clinical research.

Quality control center
Quality control is the most important link in the process of cell preparation. In the quality control area, the quality management and detection of the whole preparation and production process of cells are carried out, mainly including GMP environmental monitoring, cell detection (microbial detection, cell activity detection, antigen antibody detection, etc.), production process control and information nuclear equivalence, so as to ensure the reliability of each cell delivered from the warehouse.

Data center
The data center is the information center of cell samples, and its main functions include sample management, equipment management, sample information viewing, sample operation records, etc. Accurately locate the position of each sample, record the sample information, and always understand the status of the sample (collection, processing, storage, delivery, warehousing, transportation, use, etc.), so as to automate the process management. Ensure the effective and traceable management of sample data, ensure data security, protect personal privacy, and promote the sharing of sample resources on this basis.
