NK cells are mainly distributed in the peripheral blood, accounting for 5% - 10% of the total number of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood. They can directly recognize and kill target cells without antigen stimulation.

NK cells are a kind of white blood cells. They are loyal guardians of the human body. Their main task is to mend the fold after the sheep has died - to eliminate those cells that have been infected by the virus, so as to eliminate the virus in the "cradle". In addition, tumor cells in the body are also the targets of their pursuit.

The weapons used by NK cells are "perforin" and "granzyme". When it "sprays" perforin on the cells, it can make a small hole in the cells, and then inject "granzyme" into the target cells, causing the target cells to disintegrate and break, so as to eliminate the virus inside and kill the tumor cells. NK cells play a very important role in the process of immune surveillance and early anti infection immunity. NK cells are an effective and safe biological immunotherapy for tumors, and have broad application prospects.
